An admiral? You're a pretty important person then. Why is it called a Mercenary Fleet? Paid agents instead of enlisted in the army? Is there really a whole fleet of ships like that? Or am I misunderstanding? I don't know a lot about that sort of thing. I was only on a boat a few times.
